Make a Payment


We are happy to now offer an online payment option for our students!


Choose an option from the below drop down box to make a payment with your credit or debit card. Our most popular tuition payment amounts are listed, though not all payment combinations are available. The price paid online is 5% more than if you pay in person; this is because we have to cover the cost that we are charged by PayPal to offer this service. Some payments may still need to be made in person. We appologize for any inconvenience.


If you are unsure which payment option to choose, here is a clearer description of what each option includes:


1 - 1 hr class, weekly $42.00 = This is for any single student who takes only ONE monthly tuition class, that is only offered ONCE a week. Classes include Primary Ballet, Ballet levels 1 and 2, Jazz levels 1 and 2, Theatre Dance, Intro to Theatre, Children's Choir, and Modern.


2 - 1 hr classes, weekly (discounted) $76.00 = This is a discounted rate for any single student who takes TWO monthly tuition classes, that is once a week, OR TWO single students taking one monthly tuition class a week. Example: Intro to Theatre + Ballet 1.


3 - 1 hr classes, weekly (discounted) $113.00 = This is a discounted rate for any single student who takes two monthly tuition classes that are once a week, OR THREE single students who take one monthly tuition class each. Example: Intro to Theatre + Children's Choir + Jazz 2.


One - Twice weekly class $79 = This is for a student who takes one class, such as Ballet 3,4, or 5 OR Advanced Drama, which are classes that take place two nights a week.


Two - Twice weekly classes (discounted) $150.00 = This is for either one student who takes both ballet 3, 4, or 5 AND Advanced Drama, OR a family that has two students that are enrolled in either of these classes.


One - Twice weekly class + 1 one-hour weekly class $116.00 = This is for either one student who takes either ballet 3,4, or 5 PLUS a one-hour, once a week class. Example: Ballet 5 + Modern.


4 class Toddler Punch Card $38.00 = This is one card for one student that has 4 classes on it. Punch cards are not discounted because it already benefits you by giving you liberty to miss classes without loses tuition.


New Student Registration Fee $16.00 = All new students need to add this to their "cart". It's a one-time, never again fee. 


Late Payment Fee $16.00 = The first "offence" is your one-time-free. After that, if your payment is received after the 15th of the month, you need to add this fee.


Drama Script Fee $10.5 = All Drama students regardless of level need to pay for their script at registration. This guarantees thier placement in the class and ensures their script is ordered and here into for the class to begin.

Paying for Dance Attire


If you've been fitted for dance attire at the studio, or if you've already placed an order through AAPAC, you can make your payment here! Please call or email AAPAC if you need to order attire before making payments. If we don't have your size or style perfered in stock, we'll need to order it for you right away. We offer many more items for sale in our boutique that aren't listed here, such as leotards, skirts, leg warmers, warm-ups, hair supplies, dance bags and more! Thanks!

New Students


We do encourage and highly recommend that all NEW students to AAPAC attend one of our Open House & Registration Nights, historically on the "First Friday" of June, August, September and December . New students (who are minors) are required to register with a parent or guardian present as their signature is required on the registration form.  Adult students are also required to sign the registration form. Our Open House & Registration Nights allow ample time to ask questions, be fitted for and purchase dance attire, place dance attire orders, make payments, receive receipts, etc. Please respect our classtime, as instructors will not have time to take care of these things between classes. If you are a NEW student to AAPAC and are not able to make it to the Open House & Registration Night, please schedule a time to meet with the director outside of the class schedule.

All new students are required to pay a one-time $15 registration fee. This guarantees your placement in your class(es). Your place is considered "tentative" until a registration fee and/or tuition is received. Once you have been a student with AAPAC, you won't be asked to pay the registration fee again. This fee does not include or cover any drama script fees or musical score fees (if applicable).

Tuition is due by the first class of each month.


Returning Students

New students may register via email or phone call, and may mail in tuition payments (due by the first class). However, your place in your selected class(es) is considered "tentative" unitl a portion or all of your tuition is received. If you need to purchase or place any dance attire we recommend that you attend a Open House & Registration Night or schedule an appointment with Marta or Emily.
